CHEROKEE COUNTY ARREST FILES FOR SUNDAY

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:
Nicholas David Sprouse, age 18 of Sand Rock was charged with the Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, and with two counts of the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
Kevin Darrell McKnight age 32 of Leesburg charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Violation of the Prohibition Law and with Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Theft of Property 3rd Degree;
Alaska Brianne Cuozzort age 19 of Centre charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
Jason Tyler Barnes age 22 of Centre was charged with Burglary 1st Degree, Attempting to Elude and with Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree;
Mattie Simmons, age 18 of Gadsden, was charged with Theft of Property 1st Degree and with Attempting to Elude;
Cassie Amber Valentine, 23 of Gaylesville charged with Theft of Property 1st Degree and with Attempting to Elude;
Joseph Eugene Weathington, age 35 of Leesburg charged with Defrauding Secured Creditors;
Randy Wayne Wilson, age 52 of Centre charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence;
And
Allen Keith Garner, age 53 of Centre was charged with having a Pistol without a Permit and with Resisting Arrest.
Currently there are 128 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
