THREE HURT IN SUNDAY AUTO ACCIDENTS

A total of three people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash in Etowah County on Sunday.
According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville, that accident took place at 12:35pm on Highway 278 near mile marker 145, and involved a 2005 Mercury, driven by 77 year old Clyde Childers and a 1995 Toyota driven by 21 year old Ernest Brown both from Gadsden.
Reports indicated that both drivers along with a passenger in Browns vehicle identified as James Bruce, also of Gadsden received injuries in the mishap.
No additional information was available regarding the condition of any of those involved.
